Our mission is to provide a modular session training program for missionaries. This ministry will provide education and practical training in biblical mission principles, methods and strategies. These courses will further develop cross-cultural communication skills and personal growth in character and leadership. The best resources and proven teachers and leaders in their respective fields will be utilized.

Flatwoods Baptist Church, Mountain View, Arkansas
THE TRAINING FACILITIES AND HOUSING
All MTM sessions will be conducted in the facilities of Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church.
MTM students and families will be housing in the town square in either the Pinewood Cabins or The Knotty Squirrel Cabins in Mountain View. Breakfast food will be provided in the cabin and lunch will be served at the church. Cost is $150 for individual and $250 for couple/family. This fee covers the cabin and breakfast and lunch for the week. This low cost is possible because of the generous offerings of churches that have partnered with MTM. Your cabin will be reserved upon receipt of registration form and payment of fee.
MTM seeks to create a family retreat atmosphere for optimum learning. Daycare and activities for the children are scheduled during all training sessions.
