Dr. Stotts Isbell - MTM Treasurer
Member of Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church in Mountain View, Arkansas
Dr. Isbell is a native of Mountain View, AR, and a member of Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church. Growing up in a great Christian home, Stotts developed a relationship with Christ at an early age. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, Stotts pursued his dental education at the University of Tennessee. During his time in dental school, he served three years as a youth pastor in his church. He and his wife, Lori, have three children – John T., Evan, and Aubrey.
Since returning home to Mountain View, he has served Flatwoods as a deacon, mission committee member, and Sunday School teacher. Dr. Isbell also has a heart for missions. In fact, it was on his first medical mission trip that he discovered his ‘calling’ from the Lord. It became evident that he could use the dental abilities that the Lord had given him to minister to those in need and those pastors/missionaries that had devoted their lives to His service. He has been on several foreign medical mission trips, including trips to Romania, Russia, Haiti, and multiple trips to Lithuania and Mexico. He has also been on several national mission trips, including to Omaha, NE, and Washington, PA. Dr. Isbell desires for MTM to continue its outreach to missionaries and prepare them to the best of their ability to further the Lord’s work.
